Are you tired of the stale, repetitive group classes that don't challenge you or keep your interest? Well look no further, you've found your fitness home! We're here to challenge you at any level and keep things fun and interesting.
FIT FOCR
At FIT FOCR ("fit - focker") we focus on functional fitness, HIIT training, and getting stronger while focusing on form and technique when moving any amount of weight.

Who loves small group
classes?
We Do! On average, our classes are anywhere from 4 people to 14 people. They can be anything from:
-
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
-
Tabatas
-
Interval Stations
-
EMOMs (every minute on the minute)
-
A set number of reps and rounds

One thing is guaranteed...the workouts will always be different and you'll never get bored! Our workouts will challenge the most seasoned veteran but are still doable for any fitness level, even if you never set foot in a gym or if it just feels like it's been that long. There are no prescribed weights nor will we push you to go heavier until you are ready for it. We also put a premium on form and will work with you on each and every exercise to ensure you are lifting properly and safely.
What Equipment Will I Be Using?
We use a variety of equipment including:

Bodyweight

Dumbbells

Kettlebells

Sandbags

Barbells

Battle Ropes

Resistance Bands

Pull-Up Bars

TRX Suspension Straps

Row Machine

And all kinds of ULOO (unstable load odd objects) designed to get your body used to picking up and carrying anything and everything.

** Since we are a small family owned gym who loves to compete, our gym will occasionally be closed so that we can race. But, we'd love for you to join us at the race! Keep an eye out for races and closures.
We are the middle property on the East side of Holly St. Look for the white split rail fence and the building set back about 100'.
